FreshSprouts is a different kind of caterer. Appropriate for anyone wanting homecooked meals, FreshSprouts delivers their natural and wholesome faire right to your doorstep. FreshSprouts looks to fill the gap between working or busy people and their dinner tables. We deliver meals Monday, Wednesday and Friday. FreshSprouts is owned and managed Vanessa Jade del Valle. After attending San Francisco City College's Culinary Art's and Hospitality Studies two year culinary program, Vanessa Jade interned and was hired by the high-end, organic catering company LRE Catering in San Francisco. After working as the assistant production manager, she has decided to return to her roots to cook in her Sierra hometown. Vanessa has a wealth of knowledge regarding the food service and hospitality industry from her experience as hostess at the Swiss House in Grass Valley; hostess and waitress at Naked Fish in San Francisco; student at SFCC's Culinary Arts program; intern, cook, server, staffer and Production Assistant at LRE Catering in San Francisco and others. Vanessa also has much experience with special-needs diets including (but not limited to) low-calorie, low-carb, vegetarian, vegan and macrobiotic. In this time of economic hardship, her mission is to provide the best quality meals for busy or working people. She uses only natural, wholesome and organic ingredients in her meals for the most nutritious and best tasting results.
